Thanks for joining Berks-Lehigh Hiking and Backpacking! I hope you get to join us on a few hikes this fall! The calendar is pretty bare right now, but I'm working on it. I'm open to suggestions, and over time I will give many of the "regulars" the ability to create their own events.

That's what I do with my bike! lol What part of York do you live in? I'm in Mt Wolf and love to walk, hike, and ride my bike...I have a dog who keeps me active! If you ever want to get together for some exercise let me know... :)

Hi Judy, Looking forward to seeing you. I've been working on the Nepal trip we discussed. It's getting more complicated than I anticipated but my Sherpa guide's brother lives in California and he is helping me with some details. I'm looking at the possibility of going to the Annapurna Sanctuary, Nov. 5 - 21. It would be a Lodge to Lodge trip, no tents. I still need to finalize prices with my Sherpa guide and a few dozen other things before creating a Meetup. Jim

Judy I am so sorry you had problems locating the hike meet up area. I did receive your voice mail well after the hike was over. ATT does not provide service in that area and I was frustrated and disappointed. Next time I will provide alternate number so that we can avoid circumstances like this again.
